This pretty necklace signed " Avon "  is heart shaped with a row of white faux pearls, then a silver tone heart accented with eight sparkling rhinestones and then a centerpiece heart shaped pink stone. The pendant includes a silver tone sturdy 18 inch chain.
The pendant is approximately 1 inch x 1 1/2 inches.  The pearls are coated to keep them attached together. The pendant is signed "A von© " . I do not know how old it is. I got it at an estate sale.
