Is Your Jewelry Real Gold and Silver and real Gemstones ?

Yes all of Evie Jewelry is solid gold Not Plated or filled gold or solid 925 sterling silver Not plated. If we have any jewelry that is not  -for example some of  the clasps on our pearl necklaces are plated, we will clearly state that in the description.

What are you shipping charges?

Shipping on most items is included, the items that do have a shipping charge the amount will be stated on the description,. usually 2.00 to 4.00.

When will my item be shipped?

All of our items are in stock. We do not drop ship. Items will be mailed within 2 business days of cleared payment.

We will notify you when we receive your payment, we will notify you when your payment has cleared and we will notify you when we ship your purchase.

How will my purchase be shipped ?

Purchases will be shipped USPS First class mail which will arrive to you in 3 to 7 days.

Express shipping can be requested at additional cost.

What is your return policy ?

Evie Jewelry offers you a Money Back Guarantee. For any reason that you are not happy with your purchase email us within 3 days of receiving your item. After contacting us send the item back to us within 7 days in it's unaltered original condition.  All jewelry boxes, free gifts and any price tags must be included. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been altered ( resized etc). Please mail your purchase back to us with delivery confirmation, we also highly recommend that it be insured; and we will refund your full purchase price minus shipping.  We do not charge a re-stocking fee.
